The UEFA Champions League Draw for the 2008/2009 season took place this evening. The draw turned out to be very interesting, and the Champions League looks like it’s going to be very interesting this season.
Ronaldo was named European Football club player of the year 2008 at the Champions League draw tonight. The group stages for the Champions League are as follows.
Group A: Chelsea, Roma, Bordeaux, CFR Cluj.
Group B: Inter Milan, Werder Bremen, Anorthosis Famagusta, Panathinaikos.
Group C: FC Barcelona, Shakhtar Donetsk, Sporting Lisbon.
Group D: Liverpool FC , PSV Eindhoven, Marseille, Atletico Madrid.
Group E: Manchester United FC , Villarreal, Aalborg, Celtic.
Group F: Lyon, Bayern Munich,Fiorentina, Steaua Bucharest .
Group G: Arsenal, FC Porto, Dynamo Kiev, Fenerbahce.
Group H: Real Madrid, Juventus, Bate Borisov, Zenit St Petersburg.
